2. Request for new ID card or Certificate in case of loss or damage.

  1. All documents relayed to the Marriages solemnized  must be submitted for record.
  2. Marriage must be registered with the marriage registrar within 6 months from the date marriage.
  3. Registration must be done in the state wherein the marriage is preformed.
